Return & Exchange Policy

At Y|P, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging, within 15 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? No problem! Contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll gladly assist with your exchange.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged or defective, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Final Sale / Hygiene Items

Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear and other intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will make it right.

Return Approval & Shipping Window

If your return is approved, you must ship the item back within 15 days of return approval. If the return is not shipped within 7 days, your return request will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
