Return & Exchange Process

Step 01 – Submit a return request

You must submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by the delivery tracking. For defective or damaged items, please include clear photos or videos showing the issue to speed up the review process.

Step 02 – Our Customer Service reviews your request

We will assess whether the item is eligible for return based on our policy. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Defective, damaged, or malfunctioning items (verified by photos/videos)
  • Incorrect items shipped (wrong product, size, or color)
  • Customer dissatisfaction (non-defective items, subject to return shipping fees)

Note: For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Step 03 – Receive your return instructions

⚠️ For non-defective returns: You will receive a return address and must use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

⚠️ For defective/damaged/incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. In some cases, we may ship a replacement directly without requiring the faulty item to be returned (at our discretion).

Step 04 – Complete the return and send the item back

You must ship the return within 7 days of receiving the return instructions. Returns shipped after this period may be rejected, and the return request will be canceled.

Please include your order number and return confirmation number inside the package to avoid processing delays.

Step 05 – We receive and inspect the returned item

All returned items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Packaged in the original box with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
  • No signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification

We will notify you via email once the inspection is completed (usually within 3–5 business days of receiving the package).

Step 06 – Refund or replacement is processed

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement will be shipped out within 2 business days.

Refund processing times: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.

We reserve the right to update or modify our Return & Exchange Process at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Exchange Process Policy.
