Return & Exchange Process

Step 01 – Submit a return request in “My Orders”

You must submit your return request within 15 days of receiving your order, as confirmed by the delivery tracking.

Step 02 – Our Customer Service reviews your return

We will assess whether the item is eligible for return based on our return policy. Returns due to non-quality issues (such as size does not fit or change of mind) are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 03 – Receive your return instructions

⚠️ Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

If your return is due to a quality-related issue, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 04 – Complete the return and send the item back

⚠️ You must ship the return within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns shipped after this period may be rejected.

Important: If the return is not shipped within 7 days of return approval, your return request will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Step 05 – We receive and inspect the returned item

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Step 06 – Refund or replacement is processed

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or a replacement will be shipped. Payment processing may take 2–3 business days after we receive your package.
