Start with the memorial frame that feels right for your pet's story. Each flower collection carries a different emotional meaning.
Add the photo you want us to use as the heart of the frame. A clear, favorite photo works best, but it does not need to be professionally taken.
Before production begins, we create a digital layout showing the photo, name, dates, card message, and overall arrangement.
You can ask for changes if something does not feel right. This is the moment to adjust wording, crop, or layout before the frame is made.
After proof approval, we print the photo and card, shape the symbolic flowers, and assemble each piece inside the 8x10 shadow box frame.
Before your order leaves our studio, we send a final courtesy photo of the completed frame so you know what is on its way.
PREVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION
Before we begin assembling your memorial frame, we send a digital layout for review. This gives you a clear look at the photo placement, name, dates, and card message.
You can ask for wording, crop, or layout adjustments so the tribute feels right before it becomes a finished piece.
After production, we send a final courtesy photo of the completed frame before it ships. This is separate from the proof stage.
TIMELINE & DETAILS
Every memorial frame is made by hand, so the proof and production timeline begins after we receive your photo and order details.
Sent within 2-4 business days after your order details and photo are received.
Usually 7-14 business days after proof approval. Handmade work begins only after you confirm the layout.
We currently ship within the United States. You will receive tracking once your frame is on the way.
