Shipping & Delivery

Every keepsake is made to order from your uploaded pet photo. The timeline below separates the design, approval, production, and shipping stages so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Your Order Timeline

  1. Order and photos received: We review your order details and uploaded images.
  2. Digital preview: We send your first preview by email within 24–48 hours after receiving your order and photos.
  3. Your approval: You have up to 48 hours to approve the preview or request a tweak. If we do not hear back, we will move forward with the preview as shown so your order is not unnecessarily delayed.
  4. Production: Once approved, your keepsake is made, finished, and quality checked in 3–5 business days.
  5. U.S. shipping: Delivery generally takes another 3–5 business days after the carrier accepts the package.

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 10–14 days from order to delivery. Revisions, replacement photos, holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays may extend this timeline.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

U.S. orders over $19.99 qualify for free standard shipping. Any available shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination, package, and available service.

Tracking Your Order

When your shipping label is created, Shopify automatically sends a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and begin displaying tracking activity.

Shipping Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email service@yanpinstyle.com with your order number as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or a shipping label has been created.

Delivery Delays & Missing Packages

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier volume, holidays, weather, or other events outside our control. If we are unable to ship within the expected timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options.

If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your package is more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and with the carrier. If it is still missing, contact us for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email service@yanpinstyle.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please review our Returns, Replacements & 30-Day Peace of Mind Policy for available resolutions.
