YP Pets is an independent New York keepsake studio run by Andy, the maker behind every frame. After you order, I personally review your pet’s photograph and email a digital proof within 2–4 business days. Nothing enters handmade production until you approve the photo, wording, crop, and layout. After approval, production usually takes 7–14 business days. Before shipping, I send you a photograph of the finished keepsake so you can see exactly what is on its way. A clear, well-lit photograph with your pet’s face in focus works best. Original image files are preferable to screenshots or heavily compressed photos. If your image may not print clearly, we will contact you before production begins.

After you approve the digital proof, production normally takes 7–14 business days. Shipping time begins after the handmade frame is completed.

Yes. We welcome photographs of all pets, including rabbits, birds, horses, and other animal companions.

The shadow box measures 9×11 inches and includes an 8×10 print of your pet photograph. It is available in natural wood, solid white, or sleek black.

The flowers are not fresh or dried botanicals. Each flower is shaped and arranged by hand to create a lasting dimensional design inside the shadow box.

Yes. You can add your pet’s name and a short message of up to three lines. The flower illustration and overall card design remain part of the selected design.

Yes. We will email you a photograph of the completed frame before it ships. This is a final courtesy update rather than a second full proof stage.
