Order received
We receive your order details, photos, and custom wording.

Digital proof (2-4 business days)
Your proof is prepared and sent before handmade production begins.

Approval or adjustment
You can approve the proof or ask for small wording, crop, or layout changes.

Handmade production (7-14 business days after approval)
After approval, your frame is assembled by hand with the selected symbolic flowers.

Final photo & shipping
We send a finished photo before shipping, then your tracking link follows by email.
Carrier tracking
Already shipped? Check your carrier.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
If your tracking number does not open yet, please check again later. New labels often need time to update.
