02 Review your digital proof
I’ll email your proof in 2–4 business days. Check the photo crop, card text, and layout, and request any changes before approving.
03 I make it, then ship it
After your approval, I handcraft and assemble your keepsake, check the finished piece, and email you a photo before shipping.

Your pre-shipping photo is a final update, not a second design approval.

FAQ

What kind of pet photograph works best?

A clear, well-lit photograph with your pet’s face in focus works best. Original image files are preferable to screenshots or heavily compressed photos. If your image may not print clearly, we will contact you before production begins.

Can I customize the card text?

Yes. You can add your pet’s name and a short message of up to three lines. The flower illustration and overall card design remain part of the selected design.

Will I see a proof before my keepsake is made?

Yes. We’ll email your digital proof within 2–4 business days after receiving your order, usable photos, and personalization details. You can review the photo and crop, name, optional dates, wording, and layout, and request reasonable adjustments before approving. Production begins only after your approval.

Once your keepsake is complete, we’ll also email a photograph of the finished frame before shipping. This is a courtesy update, not a second design approval stage.

How long will my keepsake take to arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive approximately 3–5 weeks after ordering, provided we receive usable photos and complete details and you approve your proof promptly.

Your first digital proof is sent within 2–4 business days. After approval, handmade production normally takes 7–14 business days, followed by approximately 3–7 business days for shipping. Revisions, delayed approval, holidays, or carrier delays may extend this estimate.

What are the flowers made of?

Our flowers are handmade from heat-shrink plastic sheets. The material is heated and shaped by hand, then assembled and arranged inside your shadow box to create three-dimensional flowers. They are decorative flowers, rather than fresh or dried botanicals.

Because each arrangement is made by hand, small variations in flower shape, angle, and placement are natural. Your finished keepsake will still follow the photo, wording, and overall layout of your approved proof.

What size is the shadow box?

The shadow box measures 9×11 inches and includes an 8×10 print of your pet photograph. It is available in natural wood, solid white, or sleek black.

Can you create a keepsake for other types of pets?

Yes. We welcome photographs of all pets, including rabbits, birds, horses, and other animal companions.

Can I return my personalized keepsake?

Because each keepsake is made specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind or errors in details you approved once production has begun.

If your keepsake arrives damaged, incorrect, or meaningfully different from your approved design, please email service@yanpinstyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a correction, replacement, or refund.
