A clear, well-lit photograph with your pet’s face in focus works best. Original image files are preferable to screenshots or heavily compressed photos. If your image may not print clearly, we will contact you before production begins.

After you approve the digital proof, production normally takes 7–14 business days. Shipping time begins after the handmade frame is completed.
