    Questions before you order

    What kind of photo should I upload?

    Choose a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet's face, markings, and natural pose. If you'd like to preserve a favorite everyday moment, include the surroundings that make it special. Avoid blurry images and heavy filters.

    Will the portrait look exactly like my photo?

    Your photo guides your pet's appearance, pose, and surroundings. Our Storybook style uses soft colors and watercolor-inspired details, so some textures, colors, and background elements may be artistically interpreted rather than copied exactly.

    Can I review my artwork and request changes?

    Yes! We'll email you a digital proof before printing. You can review your illustration and request changes if needed. Printing begins only after you approve the final design.

    Can I include more than one pet?

    Interested in including multiple pets? Please contact us before ordering with your photos and the number of pets you'd like included. We'll confirm what's possible for your preferred composition and whether any additional costs apply.

    Is this a hand-painted artwork or a print?

    Your personalized Storybook illustration is printed on matte-finish paper and fitted into your selected frame. It is a printed illustration, not an original hand-painted watercolor.

    Can I add a name or request something special?

    Yes! In the Text step, you can add a name or short message, or leave it blank for artwork without text. For special scene changes or other custom requests, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm what's possible.

    How long will my order take?

    Your digital proof is sent by email before printing begins. Once you approve the design, we prepare your framed portrait for shipping. Please review our Shipping & Delivery page for current estimated timelines. Revisions or delayed approval may extend delivery.

    What if my portrait arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Please email service@yanpinstyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review what happened and help arrange an appropriate resolution according to our Returns & Our Promise policy.
